1. DATA CONTROLLER IDENTIFICATION
Bouncer Digital S.L., with CIF/NIF nº: B72926405 and registered address for notifications at: C/ Fernando VI, 5º 2, C.P. 28004 - Madrid (Madrid), registered in the Madrid Mercantile Registry, Volume 44562, Folio 177, Section 8ª, Page M-785017, Entry 1ª (hereinafter, the Data Controller), is the entity responsible for processing the data provided by clients of the Web Application (hereinafter, the User/s).
2. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
To access and use the Web Application, it is not necessary to provide personally identifiable data such as name, email, or phone number.
The only data initially requested is a biometric facial image to estimate the User’s age using artificial intelligence technology.
• If the age estimation is inconclusive, the Web Application will request the User to scan their identity document to complete the verification process.
The sole purpose of data processing is age verification. The facial image is analyzed immediately, and if validation via a document is not required, no personal information is stored.
The Data Controller performs operations such as collection, temporary analysis, and deletion of the data provided by Users to ensure the correct functioning of the Web Application and compliance with applicable regulations.
3. LEGAL BASIS
The processing of User data is carried out based on the following legal grounds:
• The explicit consent of the User for the use of biometric data and, if applicable, identity document data solely for the purpose of age verification.
• Acceptance of the service, whose terms and conditions are provided to the User in advance.
If the User does not provide the requested data or withdraws their consent, it will not be possible to proceed with the use of the Web Application.
4. RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Biometric data generated during age estimation is not stored unless it is necessary to validate an identity document. In such cases, the personal data provided will be deleted as soon as the verification process is completed.
Bouncer Digital S.L. ensures that any temporary data processed will be protected in accordance with all necessary security measures.
5. RECIPIENTS
Biometric and personal data will not be shared with third parties outside of Bouncer Digital S.L., except under legal obligation or with the explicit consent of the User.
In cases where service providers are used, they will only access the information necessary to fulfill the verification process, strictly adhering to established security measures.
6. DATA RETENTION
The Web Application automatically deletes any unnecessary data once the purpose of the processing has been fulfilled.
• Biometric images are processed in real-time and are not stored if the User successfully completes verification without the need to scan an identity document.
• If document verification is required, the data will be deleted immediately upon completion of the process.
7. DATA SECURITY
The Data Controller takes necessary measures to ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
All information transfers performed by the Web Application with cloud servers (either proprietary or third-party) are encrypted and secure using a secure hypertext transfer protocol (HTTPS), ensuring that the information cannot be intercepted.
8. EXERCISING RIGHTS
Bouncer Digital S.L. informs Users that they have the rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, objection, and data portability. These can be exercised by sending a request to the email address: privacy@bouncer.global.
Additionally, Users have the right to revoke the consent previously given and to file complaints with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
